There is no single correct schedule for a workplace. A quiet six-person studio and a busy client-facing office of forty need very different attention, and paying for daily cover you do not need is as wasteful as under-cleaning a space that gets heavy use.
Start with three questions
- How many people use the space on a normal day?
- Do clients or the public come in?
- Is food prepared or eaten at desks and in a shared kitchen?
Frequency that usually fits
- Under 10 people, no visitors: once or twice a week, with kitchen and washroom priority
- 10–30 people: three visits a week, daily washroom and kitchen checks if food is prepared on site
- 30+ people or public-facing: daily cleaning outside working hours
- Any size, with a shared washroom: never less than three times a week
What to keep on a separate cycle
Some tasks do not belong in the daily round. Interior windows, carpet cleaning, high-level dusting, chair and upholstery cleaning and appliance interiors are better handled monthly or quarterly, which keeps the routine visit fast and the overall cost predictable.
Tell us your headcount and how the space is used, and we will propose a schedule with the scope and price agreed up front — then adjust it once we have seen how the space actually wears.
